Practical answers about the artwork, price, payment, queue, revisions, rights, and delivery.
What do the four finish levels mean?
Sketch focuses on construction and expression. Line Art / Base Color includes clean lines and optional flat color. Standard Shading adds clear light and shadow. Detailed Shading adds more refined lighting, materials, effects, and cleanup.
Are the images on the shop actual examples?
Yes. The stage guide uses the artist’s own half-body artwork. It shows the current style and finish range, but a new commission will still vary by character, pose, reference quality, and brief.
Does submitting the form guarantee acceptance?
No. Submission creates a private order workspace. The artist first checks subject, workload, deadline, intended use, references, and whether the selected package is realistic. The chat ticket is optional and can be activated later.
When do I pay?
Only after the artist confirms the written scope and issues a checkout. Smaller orders are normally paid in full. Eligible orders from US$9 · ≈Rp162.000 may use a 50% deposit when the artist approves that plan.
Which payment methods are available?
The shop can offer QRIS, PayPal Goods and Services, DANA, ShopeePay, and BCA bank transfer when each method is configured. Only methods shown in the approved private checkout may be used. Manual methods are complete only after the actual provider, wallet, or bank record is verified.
Why do I see both USD and IDR?
USD is the standard catalog and contract currency. IDR is a reference until scope approval. The approved quote locks the USD contract total and the exact amount for the selected checkout; PayPal may use the approved USD amount or another written currency amount.
Does PayPal automatically protect both parties?
No guarantee is made. Eligibility for buyer or seller protection and the result of a dispute depend on PayPal’s current terms, transaction details, evidence, and account status. The shop keeps the accepted scope, order history, files, and payment record so the transaction is documented.
Can the estimate change?
It can change before payment if the brief is more complex than the selected options. After payment, a price change requires a material scope change and written confirmation in the private order record.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable correction within the accepted brief. A new pose, outfit, character, background concept, major composition, or reversal of an approved stage is a scope change and may require a new quotation.
What is included in the free background?
Transparent output, a solid color, gradient, soft texture, or simple graphic shapes. The detailed-with-background example on the shop uses this included option. A recognizable room, landscape, street, or prop-heavy scene is Medium or Detailed.
How does the private ticket work?
The chat ticket is optional. You can activate it at any time when you want an on-site conversation and protected file record. Email, Instagram, X, Telegram, or WhatsApp may be used when configured, but final scope, price, payment, revision approval, and delivery decisions should be confirmed in the private order workspace. Keep the tracking link private because possession of the token grants access.
How often should I receive an update?
During active production, the normal target is an update or visible milestone within about 7 days when nothing new has been posted. This is a practical target, not a promise of daily messages.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Only when commercial use is disclosed and included in the accepted quotation. Payment does not automatically transfer copyright, authorship, source files, unlimited resale rights, AI-training rights, or NFT/token rights.
What content is refused?
Requests are refused when they facilitate crime or fraud, promote identity-based hatred, target someone with harassment or doxxing, fabricate evidence or impersonation, sexualize minors, depict non-consensual intimate abuse, exploit real suffering, or knowingly infringe rights.
Can I complain or leave a negative review?
Yes. Honest criticism and lawful complaints are allowed. Fabricated evidence, knowingly false allegations, impersonation, doxxing, threats, fraud, or coordinated harassment are not.
How is personal information used?
For commission review, communication, quotation, payment verification, queue management, production, delivery, security, and legitimate records. The public queue is anonymized. Read the Privacy Notice for provider, retention, and request details. Privacy Notice.
